1. Your back pain is related to leg pain
If you feel the pain radiating from the back or the buttocks along the feet, this could be a sign that there is little irritation to the nerves. Massage, physical therapy, stretching, and application of heat can reduce these symptoms.
2. Your back pain is related to weakness
If you experience leg weakness on both sides of the body or limp, then you should immediately see a doctor to get rid of nerve damage. If you ignore it, muscle weakness can become permanent.
3. Your back pain is related to balance

Other non-negligible constellations of symptoms are intestinal or bladder incontinence. This condition requires emergency surgery.
5. Your back pain is related to the whole body reaction
In some cases, Fischer says that the whole body of the patient begins to respond to the pain in the form of fever, chills and night sweats. It is a sign that the whole body is reacting to a problem or other infection in the body.
